Our Process

  • Contain the Area

    We will thoroughly seal off the work area using 6-mil polyethylene on all doors, windows, and HVAC equipment.

  • Create Negative Pressure in the Containment

    Negative air machines will be utilized to ensure that mold spores will not migrate outside of the work area.

  • Kill the Mold

    All mold contaminated surfaces will be HEPA vacuumed, then scrubbed and cleaned with Fiberlock’s ShockWave. This is an EPA-registered disinfectant and sanitizer designed specifically for mold remediation projects. This product can be used on both porous and nonporous surfaces.

  • Cleaning Phase One

    We will thoroughly clean the containment zone before moving on to the encapsulation phase.

  • Encapsulate the Dead Mold Spores

    At this point, all of the mold is dead. Unfortunately, dead mold spores are still dangerous. We will encapsulate all surfaces to seal in any residual mold spores. This product is designed to kill any residual mold remaining after cleaning the contaminated surfaces. It will also inhibit future growth and spread of mold on the cured film surface.

  • Cleaning Phase Two

    Phase two of the cleaning process begins with removing all equipment. Then we will deconstruct the containment zone. Lastly, we will thoroughly clean the entire area one final time.
