“No one wants to hear they have mold in their house. If you do, you should contact Brian because he will usher you through the mold remediation process quickly and efficiently while minimizing the impact on your life. Our situation started with mold in two walk-in attics and unfortunately it had spread to our entire roof. Brian’s team had to remove all of our ceilings and some of our walls. We had original plaster and cove ceilings. Brian’s team worked hard to save as much of the coves as they could. They used zippered doors to seal off the second floor and negative air machines so we could stay in the house during remediation. During the entire process (about 7 days for everything) they were very clean, on-time, worked hard all day, and were a pleasure to deal with. They were even nice to my older dogs who would occasionally interrupt their work to be pet. Our house was a fixer-upper when we bought it and I wish every contractor we have dealt with conducted business like Brian. I have included pictures of before (yellow mold) and after (after remediation and sealing) for reference.”
